WHO DO WE COACH IN CAREER DEVELOPMENT?
We work with motivated individuals who are ready to challenge themselves and make meaningful changes in their careers. Engaged and curious, our clients range from undergraduates in their final year of college to mid-career professionals identifying the impact and legacy they want to achieve.

HOW LONG DOES CAREER DEVELOPMENT COACHING TAKE?
Our clients work with us typically between four and eight months as they gain clarity about their next steps and transition into new jobs. Of course, some of our clients get jobs sooner—at which point clients can terminate the coaching or continue working together, translating their new-found skills into professional success.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT OUR CAREER COACHING?

We spend significant time on gaining access in a way that doesn’t just get the client a job, but gives them understanding of the field’s landscape, a solid reputation, and significant social capital. The understanding of how decisions are made, how success is defined, and what is important to people in the field, combined with a proven initial track record and people to vouch for them empowers the client to enter at a better place, advance strategically, and become established more quickly.

NEGOTIATING IN YOUR CAREER​

Anyone who does not ask for what they need or avoids confrontation at the cost of value to them or their company will benefit from our tools. Our coaches will help clients identify what is most important to them, how to approach the conversation, potential options for moving forward, what makes the options “fair,” what will happen if no deal is reached and how to make the deal better, and what’s important to include in agreements. 


HOW LONG DOES DAILY NEGOTIATION COACHING TAKE?

​We coach individuals, line, staff, and executives. Negotiating a job offer from a new company, asking for a raise, developing the terms of a new initiative with a strategic partner, our coaches will help you enter the conversation more confident, directed, and understanding of what directions the negotiation may go, and how to deal with them.

WHO WE COACH IN DAILY NEGOTIATIONS
​Some clients work with us for a single one-hour session, while others set up a schedule of meetings to prepare for a larger upcoming negotiation. Each negotiation is different and we adapt the process to the needs of the client.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT OUR NEGOTIATION COACHING?

The focus on value-creation instead of winning (or not losing) puts clients in a mindset to get the most out of each negotiation. Focusing on how much they get versus the other side actually limits how much clients can achieve. Getting what is important to you is what matters.
